For the last 3 years or so, participants and spectators alike have been asking
for a burnout contest at 'Motorfest. We haven't been able to accommodate
that request due other events on the grounds eating up valuable time.
HOWEVER, we're going to do it this year kind of as an  "Avon Sampler"
and see how we can make it a full-blown event next year!

Once on Saturday and once on Sunday. 5 burnouts per session each
lasting 30 seconds.  Crowd applause and cheers picks the winner.
